After an initial phone call, Eduardo came out and looked at our front step. He asked me what we would like, and took some measurements. It was important that the “nose “of the railing be longer than is typical. Jemima sent several photos of sample railings, and that made it easier for us to select the design that we liked best.
The railing was installed very cleanly with little or no mess, positioned perfectly, and it is exactly what we wanted.
